Oil problem on the air cleaner of 1999 WC1

The following is our answer to the owner of 1999 WC1. I think this is very important to let everybody know.

please check the following video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-pm83FxLfB0 which you can find how to install the big breather. To use this big breather kit on your 1999 WC1, you need a big breather kit, compression cover and an adapter to engine block.

 

In order to reduce the emission, in 1998 we designed the breather to guide the compression to air cleaner and burnt the oil by engine through air cleaner for 1999 WC1. However, the engine working temperature is too high, engine block is too small and the compression is too strong to release the oil to the air cleaner. So, this is one of the reasons the WC1 engine always leaks the oil and so on.

 

In order to solve this situation, we made ceramic cylinder kit to reduce the engine working temperature, big breather to flow the compression efficient to the air, change the camshaft timing to make the engine working smoothly. Please check the following our blog about changing the cam timing.
